Check-up
Transgen offers power consumption and system capacity studies to make sure your equipment and system are ready for additional load. We use the PW 3198 to acquire the data necessary to prevent equipment malfunction accurately and efficiently to avoid power supply failures. The PW3198 is also capable of time plot recording of all parameters, simultaneously recording more than 8,000 parameters of voltage, current, power, power factor, frequency, integral power, harmonic, and flicker. It also has the capacity to capture up to 55,000 Instantaneous Waveforms of power supply failures.
Testing
Transgen uses state-of-the-art equipment such as the HIOKI PW3198 Power Quality Analyzer in the generation of automatic and reliable compliance reports for assessment and documentation. We provide event lists, time plots, event waveforms and ITIC curve analysis data for your reference. Our testing services also include large capacity recording with SD memory card, simultaneous measure of three-phrase lines and grounding wire, remote measurement using http server functions, assortment clamp-on sensors covering a broad range of measurements, GPS time synchronization, backup and recovery from power failure and measurement applications (flicker, phase voltage check, and 400 Hz line measurements).
And the HIOKI Battery Tester BT-3554 which measure and save data in as fast as 2 seconds, a 60% improvement from the legacy 3554 easily create reports right in the field and can be downloaded on your tablet or smartphones via USB/BLUETOOTH.
